Quinoa Amaranth and Buckwheat Porridge
Creamy quinoa, amaranth and buckwheat with rhubarb, pistachio and greek yoghurt. While amaranth isn't a grain, it's sometimes referred to as a pseudo-cereal because of its nutritional properties. It's quite heavy so often used combined with lighter grains—in this case quinoa and buckwheat. Like buckwheat, it has a nutty taste.

It's hard to go past 'The OG'—spiced porridge with pistachio granola, shredded coconut, strawberry, goji, hemp seeds and raw honey. The menu was inspired by coffee-buying trips to Central and South America, however the dairy-free and gluten free winter warming porridge is magnifico. Quinoa with decadent coconut cream, kiwifruit, raspberries and freeze-dried mandarins (If you mandarins this way, you haven't lived!).
