Keen to make a difference while being active in the process?

Tomorrow from 3pm, more than 270 Anything Fitness gyms Australia-wide will be opening their doors for a 24-hour treadmill challenge in support of Suicide Prevention Australia.

The concept is designed to bring people together from all across the country, raising much-needed awareness and raising funds toward prevention. You don't have to be an Anytime Fitness member to take part, everyone is welcome.

So whether you want to come along to run, walk, or even dance, for as little as 15 minutes, or for any length of time, the objective is to keep the treadmills rolling for 24-hours Australia-wide.

We are all in this together, so please join us to Tread Together, because together every step matters.

Identities such as Dan Conn, former NRL player, trainer and influencer will be there participating alongside you!

Registration and a link of all participating clubs can be found
