Rosie's is the latest wellness hangout to hit Coogee and it’s where you will find the Conscious Cocktail, a refined-sugar free alcoholic beverage. You can now head out for drinks and food with friends without undoing all your hard work and fitness goals. In addition to the super-food cocktails, they serve organic wine and a menu that is super fresh using seasonal organic wholefoods that are GMO and pesticide free. The entire bar and menu has been carefully designed by owner/ medical nutritionist Shannon Rosie who was inspired to create a space “where people can meet without having to choose between health and fun”.
